Ansar Al-Sharia reach Taaz and continue their advance in Hadhramaut

Local sources in the district of Khudair in the province of Taaz confirmed that groups of Ansar Al-Sharia have reached the area. The sources said that these armed groups concentrated on the Hamam mountain which is present between the Al-Radiha region in Taaz and Al-Sharija region in Lahij. They also added that the mujahidin began to appear from last Tuesday, and they noted that the citizens have observed suspicious movements for the mujahidin who were carrying medium and light arms.

Meanwhile, Ansar Al-Sharia managed to spread on Wednesday evening and Thursday morning in Hajr Al-Sadarah and Joba in Hadhramaut without facing any resistance, and commander Abu Zayid Al-Daghari gave a speech about the advantages of implementing the Sharia in Hajr and attacked the socialist leadership that ruled the south.

Ansar Al-Sharia met the sheikhs and elders of Hajr and they confirmed their support to Ansar Al-Sharia. Also there were correspondence with the sheikhs, elders and Ulema of Hadhramaut who ensured to them their support. Also many of the Imams of the mosques in the cities of Hadhramaut are doing Dua for Allah to give victory and empowerment to Ansar Al-Sharia.
